Rediscovering your story
My Rediscovery Workshop brings the right people together for a few hours of conversation, curiosity and creative thinking. Through a series of simple exercises, I’ll help you step away from the everyday and explore the stories, experiences and beliefs that reveal what really matters about your organisation.
It’s relaxed, engaging and deliberately different from a conventional strategy session. There might be laughter, occasionally tears, and almost certainly a few things you weren’t expecting.
What happens next?
I take everything I’ve heard and look for the connections: the recurring themes, shared beliefs, contradictions and little moments that often reveal something much bigger.
I bring these together in a beautifully designed Rediscovery Report that reflects your organisation back to you with greater clarity — capturing what makes you distinctive, the story you have to tell and the opportunities that could shape what happens next.
